10500 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 10500 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 10500 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with all related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 10500 as the platform operator. Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically upon completing the registration process or continuing to use the platform after any published updates. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 10500 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The name registered must match the name of the bank account holder used for transactions. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and freezing of associated funds.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 10500 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 10500 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Not using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of any relevant jurisdiction.
- Not attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the operations of the 10500 platform, servers, or security systems in any way.
- Not using any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Not sharing your account with any other party or allowing others to use your account for any purpose.
- Not engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, or activity that could compromise the integrity of the games or the platform.
- Not uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content containing malware, viruses, or code that could damage the system.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending bonuses, and legal action at 10500's sole discretion.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 10500 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 10500 does not accept deposits or issue payments in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Supported payment methods include DuitNow, FPX online banking, and recognised e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by method and are subject to change. For the latest limit information, please refer to the FAQ us.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name. 10500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first-time withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days, depending on the chosen method and internal verification process.
10500 is not liable for any transaction delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
10500 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, technical errors, or unexpected downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10500 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or financial losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, system failures, or data loss.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, source code, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the 10500 platform are the exclusive property of 10500 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 10500.
Third-Party Links
The 10500 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 10500 has no control over the content or policies of such third-party services and accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from their use. Users are encouraged to review the terms of any third-party service separately before using it.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
10500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, whether temporarily or permanently, under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud or suspicious activity, breach of these terms, requests from relevant authorities, or if an account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. In cases of suspension or closure not caused by user fault, any valid account balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures once the investigation is concluded.
Changes to These Terms
10500 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 10500 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate resolution mechanism under the relevant jurisdiction.
